Pneumadyne was founded in 1975, and is well known in the industry as an innovator of miniature pneumatic product and control systems.August 1st, 2012

This acquisition was completed on Wednesday August 1, 2012. Pneumadyne will continue to operate from their present location. At this time, there are no plans to alter the existing distribution network.
