Ultra Clean Introduces New Heat-Shrink Cap Design

Ultra Clean Technologies Corporation, the makers of the new “Clean Seal System”, is in the process of replacing their clear polyurethane heat shrink hose end caps with a new translucent blue shrink cap. This change was in response to user feedback that included difficultly identifying the clear plastic caps on the sealed fittings and difficulty of removal in the field.

The new caps are now made from a highly visible BLUE heavy-grade polyurethane plastic. The pull-tab design has been improved for easy removal even when wearing gloves.

Price Engineering not only projectile cleans every hose we make but we also cap every hose end with these Clean Seal System caps.  Keep your eyes open for these new and improved caps.

Please note that until all of our clear heat shrink caps are gone from current inventory, some assemblies may contain both clear AND blue caps.
