This three-day hydraulics training crash course is ideal for anyone who wants an introduction or a refresher on the basics of fluid power in a short time frame. Basic to intermediate topics are covered, such as theory and formulas, filtration, valves, pumps, pressure control, circuits and schematics. A class syllabus, textbooks, and all homework assignments will be distributed prior to the start of the course, with the first assignment due the first day of class. Each day consists of a homework review, lessons, labs and a verbal quiz. There will be a written evaluation on the final day of class to receive the certification of completion for the course. Lunch is provided daily. Who can benefit from this course? Anyone working with or in the fluid power industry. Hydraulic Circuits Training (Subject to Customer Demand)

This 2-day course covers the basics of hydraulic circuits, including lift hold lower, clamp and work holding, log splitters, hydrostatic transmissions, pilot choke block, vented relief, among others.
The class consists of calculation labs, open floor discussion and a review of popular industry-specific circuits. Attendees are encouraged to bring in circuit schematics for class review.
Basic Hydraulics class as a prerequisite is strongly recommended, but not required.
Lunch is provided daily.

Practical Contamination Control 101 (Subject to Customer Demand)

This one-day course will educate you on the basics of contamination, system filtration, and oil analysis in order to keep your systems clean and running effectively.
Attendees will learn in depth about ISO codes, component tolerances, filtration methods and fluid handling. There is a particle counting lab in which attendees are encouraged to bring in oil samples for testing (oil sample bottles will be provided).
Basic Hydraulics class as a prerequisite is strongly recommended, but not required.
Lunch is provided.
